Excellent service, nothing is a problem and they are always helpfull
When I dropped off my mower I could tell they did not want my business. A day later they rang back and was told that they are unable to source parts as the mower is too old. I have spoken to two separate shops in the Brisbane region who have been able to source what I need. When I went back to pick it up they charged me $27 for supposedly ringing around to their suppliers. I informed them that the parts are readily available and that I did not want to pay just because they didnt want the work. I was told I was being Smart, that I must work for one of those large Corporates. Another customer whilst I was there was charged $63 for them to tell them they could not fix his mower. Whilst waiting to get my machine back the other customer got his machine back. He questioned some damage and was verbally abused by both the owner and the mechanic. The other guy never raised his voice or swore but had a valid question and was barraged with abuse. After returning my machine I overheard them call me a C@nt. You are asked to shop local and this is what you get.
Locals with knowledge about mowers of all kinds. Anything they don't know they are only to happy to look up for you and find out about. Friendly service and workshop does a thorough job of fixing your mowers.
Staff are helpfull and has a good range of equipment.
