Customer service very ordinary....expensive, go to any other auto electrician rather than this bunch ! Had to rate one star to comment, but really worth zero stars !
Went in to get my jeep regassed as the air con wasn't keeping up on the hottest days. They had the car for 2 hours and then told us the gas pressure was a little low, which we obviously took it in there for anyway, then they charged us 60 bucks for telling us the obvious and want us to bring it back to be serviced, like hell, bloody rip offs and they are supposed to be friends of the wife's family. Stupid me took the jeep back and they've pulled it apart, 2 hours later we get the call that they have ordered the wrong part and they'll have to put it back together again and make another appointment later on in the week, this mob are just super incompetent

Don't bother. Went there for a battery light issue. Quoted me double what Ford quoted, unfortunately Ford couldn't get Alternator until next day and I was desperate for my car to get fixed... they sold me a replica for twice the amount with a dodgy plug. My battery light still comes on and did so from day dot.
Great people. we tried 4 place in Townsville to fix the aircon on our 2008 Epica Diesel without any luck, 5th time lucky here in Gladstone; thanks a lot AK Auto Electrics.......John & Nancy
