What surprising customer service I received. I couldn't have been more happy with the time and effort that Matthew put in to tell me about the care of my tyres, the service KMart provided and his and the teams overall attitude. It was a pleasure to be there. Great value and excellent products....I will definitely be back and will be letting everyone know what an excellent experience I had.
It was just good service, done in efficient timely manner. Had to order the tyres in so that was done within a few days of enquiring and Im in a regional town. Great products, something for all budgets, keeness from staff to find out what kind of tyre is needed for the type of driving I do which was helpful as I dont know the first thing about tyres. They didnt just push me into the most expensive tyre. And great communication.
Was quoted $480 for major service but when I picked car up only minor service ($290 cost with dealer) had been performed.Didn't realise this until later when I looked at receipt and logbook. Kmart had stamped minor service, not the one I had been quoted on. Talk about deceit! If the manager had said it was going to cost more as he had underquoted I would have understood but to cover it up like that is inexcusable as I had to spend another $210 elsewhere to bring the service up to date anyway.Should have realised something was wrong when employee said it would cost more but the boss assured me the quote was OK.Never again will I go to KTAS.I used to buy my tyres there too.Luckily have found a mechanic that believes in customer service to bring the clients back.

Overall happy with the friendly service and prices. In store needs to be a chair or two extra though, in my opinion. With at least 5 bays to work on cars, that is at least 5 people waiting in store or finding else to do nearby. 2 seats didnt cut it for me. All else, worked out find :)
