Owners beware. Check EVERY invoice do not allow payments without your written authority and check check and double check your invoices. Overall poor service poor communication and very rude director. I would not recommend. I hv every email and invoice. With holding my rent payments too. Again I hv all the emails.
Stay away from ray white Gladstone. My house was handed back in a disgusting state with sooooo much damage, aircons not working, holes in walls, broken locks and the list goes on. Was told it was ready to rent out to next tenant. How does this happen in an almost new home. They continuously lied to me. My advice to you as a landlord is stay as far away as you can.
