Alicia herself was a nice person. When we moved in, she brought us flowers and welcomed us to Gladstone. She is also a respectable business person.On the other hand, when we dealt with them, the office was a bit chaotic. Every time we contacted them for an issue, there was a new face as our property manager. Maintenance requests took more than they should have.I hope they have overcome their problems by now. My review concerns 2017 when rented with them.
