Poor service and extremely slow. We waited half an hour for a small coffee. We were told to use the kiosk which being older patrons did not interest us. Need to get their act together and we definitely will not be back

I do not write here to mention the quality and my review of any McDonald's franchise products, but I do write for each store individually on quality and speed. I visited the McDonald's restaurant at around 20.30 and was in need of a fast and easy dessert for myself and three friends. Our order to four soft serves came to us as a joke with one of my friends stating how 'depressing' each cone looks. When asked for a replacement we were given a grunt as the cones were taken off of us and replaced with the ones seen in the image provided. Not wanting to deal with this store any longer, I drove away. The taste of the soft serves were no different to one in New York City, however this must be the poorest made cone I have ever seen, knowing how bad they looked in India. I shall not be ordering from this location anymore as I do not want to spend/waste money on food not of the standard quality.
