Good Customer Service. Sometimes there can be long waits due to it being busy but worth the wait. Do not use drive through if you have a large vehicle because the drive through is narrow and retarded

Poor quality food, chips taste like they've been reheated, gravy is not thick (fairly runny), Chicken is extremely dry when you can actually get some since they always run out of strips and Chicken pieces... Wtf, the twister wraps are dry and barely any fillings. Really poor efforts actually. And always messy inside and outside the Restaurant especially the floors and windows are grubby. The manager Maree is rude.
One of the better KFC's I've been to. I don't like how they put salt on the popcorn chicken though, way too salty. The drive way set up is retarded as well.
After going through the drive through placed my order then getting to the window to pay I asked the girl if I could add something to my order only to be told that she couldnt add anything else and that I would have to re go through the drive through to place another order. Which I was not going to do. Then getting home only to find yet again they still cant get the orders right and we were missing items. This is not the first time it doesnt matter if you drive through or walk seems to be quiet regular items missing or wrong with your order. I have tried to ring on a number of times to complain but it doesnt seem to get any better. i am so over this not only driving down to get your order but have to go back again to pick up missing / wrong items. Sorry if they cant train the staff right maybe get new staff that want to work.
