Had a function here, food was good, the bar/ catering staff were great! The stand in manager hung around wasnt happy about that but the beds were amazing to sleep in bathrooms are a little small no disable toilets off the restaurant but over all had a great time
Older style motel clean and tidy . Shows signs of needing a make over. Not wheelchair friendly to pool area or toilets in foyer . Good access to Motel for disabled from front , carpark is hard for wheelchair due to slope of footpath .Staff are very friendly and helpful .

Rydges Gladstone is looking a little tired. Seems that after the boom it has all just been let go. Breakfast. Was terrible. Get the impression that they only have one frying pan in the kitchen. Took too long to replenish the hot dishes. Was warned yesterday by other colleagues that the breakfast was bad. For$19.00 I expect better service... good old Maccas to the rescue...
Very neat and quiet place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really appreciate the very tidy rooms. Would definitely be coming back.
