Nice accommodation, very clean and comfortable beds
Staff here were absolutely lovely and helpful. Locked my key in my room and the manager was nothing but polite and helpful.For the price, this is the best hotel (or serviced apartments I think they call it) that I have ever stayed in. I will be making this a layover for any of my Cairns or Townsville jobs
Nice hotel, however, in my experience there were 3 adults staying for 1 night, I requested 3 separate beds. Our room was on the 4th floor, so we took all our stuff up (by stairs, no elevator) realise theres only 2 beds. I call down and say there has been a mix up, instead of splitting the beds we were made to walk all our stuff back down the stairs to a different room. It was a better room with an extra bedroom, and they charged us for it!
Really nice serviced apartments, daily room service, tidy quiet and clean
Nice new clean suites a bit out of town though, and a small walk to a cafe for breakfast.
