We stay at the Gladstone Show Grounds on a regular basis for short term stays.It is in a very central position and we can walk to most places we wish to go.

Quiet & a large area....no shade but cheap...has ok amenities..needs a sweep...power & water as u would expect. Our first time in a showgrounds & would recommend it to anyone... good value..
The Bush caravan park 3 km from this town,, is a fantastic place to stay. Dog friendly,, spotless amenities on 300 acres. Plenty of space. Need to take your water and not powered. Water is available in town. Park is 3 km from town and 2.5k inland. Was told about it via a caravan club and pleasantly surprised. Caretakers are so nice and dog friendly. Great camp kitchen all on level grassed well minted land Pay 3 nights at 15 dollars per night and 4th night free. Coomeri is a nice little town
