Staff were polite and friendly. But found it a bit upsetting that when I needed my B12 injections for my gastric bypass care. No needles were provided for me told it wasn't available so was just given the ampoules. I'm a nurse so I have alternative ways to get such equipment but other people don't have this luxury. I thought under the QLD Pharmacy and Needle Program. Sharps were always available for those with medical conditions. If the pharmacy isn't under this program maybe they could consider joining? I only need an injection every 3 months this is the first time in 3yrs a pharmacy refused to give me the syringe and needles I needed. They've served me in the past with no problems. They were nice and offered to give the injection for me but it's nicer to do in the privacy of my home.
