A recent upgrade has seen big changes and a lot of new equipment installed at this park. It will take a little while for the trees to grow in and provide a bit more shade though. We went in summer, earlier in the day, and it was still very very hot. The old park had a fenced in playground area which was useful for helping keep smaller kids from wandering off. The new park has a number of different areas which encourages the kids to wander off in different directions.
