Been going to gold room for years now. Went last night after good 12 months of nor going. And was very let down. Food is now way over priced for what you get. Got one tiny bowl that had both sour cream and chilli sauce for my wedges. Got bout 1/4 way through wedges and ran out of sauce and cream. Also shared waffles with my wife and we got 3 tinny bits of waffle. Coke tasted like dust. Food was just such a let down for how much you pay now. But as always gold room was comfy and I recommend anyone for the goldroom. Just have a feed before or after you go now. Don't waste your money on food there.
Good cinema, with comfy seats, an arcade with prizes, and laser tag. Came for movie, stayed for everything else! Recommended.
A small cinema by some standards but enough for families to see simple family movies. Has an arcade game room on site. You get cheap tickets if you see a movie before 10am, and it gets quite busy after 10am during school holidays. Friendly staff. Weird seats but not too bad.
Ticket prices make it out of reach for most. Cinemas have strong odours likely due to fabric seating and hot humid climate I visited cinema in Newcastle recently. The entire cinema was roomy leather recliner seats cost $11 a ticket.
The movie was good. The service at the concession stand was quick and efficient. Only problem with Gladstone Cinemas is the price of the movie tickets.
