look Ive had to have my car key repaired several times there from March last year as the casing kept falling apart. The key cutter man was quite happy to fix it the first time it broke. Second time when it fell to bits again he told me I was putting the key in the car the wrong way and being to rough with key. Fair enough I thought as I dont much about car keys also he told me that he will not fix my key again. Without payment. As his sign tells u that u have a years warranty on his work on your key. Fair enough I thought. until today when I had two disabled people in my car in my care when I placed the key in the ignition to start the car and the key case fell to bits . So my recommendation is find someone that knows what there doing. I personally find u very arrogant and stoic and quite up yourself.
Over priced for car key replacement, best go on ebay and buy and get cut at bunnings, if i can buy oem fob for $10 and get cut for 5 and you charge 100!!! Not only that you were rude as well i never go back there !

Worst service. Rude employees. Do not use this business if you can help it. Use alternatives in the same shopping complex. Would give no stars if possible.
