They are so useless. Worst hospital I have ever been to!
Just want to thank Gladstone Hospital for their kindness and putting up with me. Great experience and Dr De Clercq great friendly surgeon and explains things well.
I got emittited to Gladstone hospital with exaxabatiion of copd, I nearly died 4 tyms but everytym the staff bought me back to being alive, they are the best staff I have encountered so far, they treat the patients with respect, I sent the drs, nurses and staff a lovely bunch of native flowers to say Tnx for caring for me so well, as I hope they love the gesture of receiving something so beautiful and warming. . I do not have one complaint abt the nurses but they need to talk to the patients longer, I know they busy but would be so lovely and refreshing, not enough nurses to patient count, plse employ more nurses, but keep their happy go lucky attitude, must be hard and frustrating running from patient to patient, Congratulations Gladstone Hospital .
As a recent patient in the outpatient emergency centre I was impressed by the sheer professionalism, friendly and caring attitude of all the nurses, doctors and admin team. Service excellence!
