Love all the group classes here. There is something for everyone and the instructors keep them interesting and innovative all the time. All of the staff is always helpful and lovely.
My daughter encouraged me to join her gym classes with Bee and I am enjoying the classes so much. I am learning a lot about my body and how to work muscle groups correctly.
Physio was great. Good service. Joined the gym but found the staff to be abit aloff. Cancelled gym but would go to the physio

The guys and girls at the gym are great After my accident they have been very supportive in all aspects of my rehab and getting me walking again I would highly recommend anyone looking for a physio or gym to come see these guys
