Can't praise these guys enough. We had some vinyl planking laid by them about 18 months ago and due to the large temperature variations the planks shrunk in winter and never re-expanded. We asked about the gaps in the planks and they came out to Biloela and checked them and re-laid them without hesitation, free of charge to us. The manufacturer provided some replacement planks, but all labour was at their expense. Thanks Tony & Katrina, we will definitely be using you guys for any future floor covering needs.
