My disabled son went in to buy a recharge cable for his Kodak camera, and they convinced him it was the battery, so they ordered a battery charger and charged him $60, the battery was only flat because he had not found the cable. He had lost it and could not connect the camera to the computer. I phoned them this morning and the person said we could not have a refund as it was a special order. We do not need a battery charger. I was in hospital at the time, and my son does get confused easily. I think the owner took advantage of this. He will not cancel the order, even though it has not arrived, and will not give us a refund. Do not recommend this store. It is now the 9th Feb, and nothing has arrived, supposed to be here by the 7th Feb, and we have a receipt for $60.00 from them.

Went into the shop on Wednesday to ask the price of passport photo Errol said $20 for 6 photos and a CD with pic on it. So on Friday went in and asked them 2 take one.. when it came to payment they said i did not get a digital copy but for an extra $15 they could put it on a usb. As it was for a UK passport i did not require the hardcopy just digital but they also said they could not email it to me. I then drove home to get a usb (to save $), on return they then said it would cost me another $10! Not very happy with the customer service, go to the post office and you will get digital & hardcopies for $20!! And a lot less mucking around..
