I had a mechanical mishap due to my own fault with my Mitsubishi Pajero Sports after hours last night. I contacted Anderson's via messenger as the matter was urgent. I was not expecting a reply until the next business hours day. Bryan responded quickly after hours & done everything in their power to help me & offer guidance. I was lucky that Anderson's squeezed me in today after being towed to the yard late last night, even though they were booked out. The car was fixed early this morning at a very reasonable price and I was picked up to collect my car. My car is running perfectly again. I noticed it had been cleaned and detailed thoroughly, even with a complimentary bottle of water ready in the car.I cannot thank you enough Bryan and Andersons Auto City. You have gone out of the way to offer guidance, support and repairing my mistake. I feel so relieved!

My wife and I bought our Pajero Sport here and it's passed its first service too. Bob from the Mitsubishi sales department was polite and helpful. He sometimes did not call back when I had to call him but still he was better than many of his fellow car dealers. There was a person in the same department, as far as I remember called Brad, wasn't very polite or welcoming.Sam from finance department was a very helpful person too.The service department also provided a very good service: cordial and punctual.
