HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 27/01/2013 12:10 PM, these folks behind the bar cannot write and order, understand what you are saying, had 3 attempt at making my coffee I got every type except what I asked for and to top it off the MANAGER was rude yelled across the floor getting the last word in, totally unprofessional argued with me because I asked for my money back as my flight was about to take off without me due to the 20minute wait time to make one coffee COMMENT Expensive and badly trained rude staff, hopeless, Gladstone airport..........Coffee Club next time for me Sorry !!!
