I took in my road bike that had been sitting unloved for years. It was covered in cobwebs, dust and grease. By the time Dave had finished with it the bike looked and rode like new. Not only that but Dave's expertise allowed him to make adjustments to my ride position that made the bike more comfortable to ride than it had ever been. Couldn't recommend this store highly enough. As the cluster and chain amongst other things were worn out l needed a major service on my bike.I rang Dave and he gave me a competative estimate of what it would cost and lead time.I went ahead with the job and couldn't be happier.
I bought a couple of bicycle lights from them, but the lights were doggy. I took them back, and they replaced them with another doggy pair of lights. I returned them the follow day again, the young kid tried to correct problem, but was unsuccessful. The young kid replaced the lights, but the owner came out to assist and noticed the problem. He tried to swop the doggy lights for the new ones I just received. I was extremely annoyed. I will never go back. :(
